Smriti joined WinLen Technologies in November 2019 and serves as Digital Practice Lead. Smriti has 15 years of professional experience and 10+ years in P&C Insurance assignments with various clients across US and Australia.
She is an expert in designing solutions & transformation of Insurance Core Systems. She is proficient with Guidewire products, managing application design, development, maintenance, and testing for various clients. She is certified in Guidewire platform and Insurance domain AINS series.
Prior to joining WinLen Technologies Smriti honed her domain-based IT consultant skills with IBM, PWC and EY.

Govind is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect with over 12 years of experience in IT and Consulting. He has worked with multiple offshore clients – North Carolina Department of Revenue, Massachusetts Healthcare, Fannie Mae, etc. and has been extensively involved in application design, development, maintenance, testing and post-production support. Govind has been the recipient of multiple client awards.
