Prior to joining WinLen, Balaji held leadership roles including Vice President – Growth for a Salesforce channel partner, where he led enterprise and GCC-focused expansion initiatives, helping clients optimize delivery models and establish sustainable value chains through Global Capability Centers. As Consulting Advisor to GCC Bridge, he collaborates with deep tech startups and IT services firms to build GCC entry strategies, solution positioning, and revenue-generation playbooks. His work has enabled these companies to convert captive cost centers into agile innovation hubs, helping them expand globally while operating lean and efficiently.

As Founder and CEO of NayaGaadi, he pioneered India’s first rural-focused EV marketplace—establishing 15+ electric vehicle experience centers, partnering with over 30 OEMs and 500+ channel partners, and building a recognized brand across underserved regions. Over a decade, he transformed NayaGaadi into a model of rural innovation, market disruption, and scalable execution.
His corporate career includes senior roles at Microland, Wipro, HP, IBM, and Logica/CGI, where he managed projects exceeding $100 million and led strategic initiatives in IT service delivery, cloud transformation, and infrastructure optimization.
Balaji holds an MS in Management of IT & Enabled Services from SUNY Buffalo (USA) and an M.Sc. in MIS from Amrita University, both with distinction. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, PMP-certified, and has earned certifications in ITIL, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Agile, and Generative AI, among others.
