K Balaji serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at WinLen Technology, bringing over 25 years of experience across digital transformation, enterprise growth, and strategic business development. He has built and scaled technology practices around Salesforce, Guidewire, SaaS, Gen AI, and Low Code/No Code platforms, consistently driving multimillion-dollar revenues and high-impact client engagements across the insurance and technology landscape.

Prior to joining WinLen, Balaji held leadership roles including Vice President – Growth for a Salesforce channel partner, where he led enterprise and GCC-focused expansion initiatives, helping clients optimize delivery models and establish sustainable value chains through Global Capability Centers. As Consulting Advisor to GCC Bridge, he collaborates with deep tech startups and IT services firms to build GCC entry strategies, solution positioning, and revenue-generation playbooks. His work has enabled these companies to convert captive cost centers into agile innovation hubs, helping them expand globally while operating lean and efficiently.

Balaji plays a pivotal role in shaping WinLen’s GCC consulting and growth strategy, offering tailored solutions to help insurance tech companies set up, scale, and innovate within GCC ecosystems. By aligning productized services, strategic partnerships, and local expertise, he unlocks new market opportunities in regions like India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East—strengthening WinLen’s positioning as a boutique, value-driven consulting firm for global insurers.

As Founder and CEO of NayaGaadi, he pioneered India’s first rural-focused EV marketplace—establishing 15+ electric vehicle experience centers, partnering with over 30 OEMs and 500+ channel partners, and building a recognized brand across underserved regions. Over a decade, he transformed NayaGaadi into a model of rural innovation, market disruption, and scalable execution.

His corporate career includes senior roles at Microland, Wipro, HP, IBM, and Logica/CGI, where he managed projects exceeding $100 million and led strategic initiatives in IT service delivery, cloud transformation, and infrastructure optimization.

Balaji holds an MS in Management of IT & Enabled Services from SUNY Buffalo (USA) and an M.Sc. in MIS from Amrita University, both with distinction. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, PMP-certified, and has earned certifications in ITIL, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Agile, and Generative AI, among others.

At WinLen, Balaji drives value by aligning product and platform innovation with evolving market needs, designing highly scalable delivery models, and crafting resilient GTM strategies. His unique blend of entrepreneurial agility, enterprise execution, and deep expertise in GCC growth models positions him as a strategic force behind WinLen’s global expansion in the insurance technology domain.

Smriti

Smriti joined WinLen Technologies in November 2019 and serves as Digital Practice Lead. Smriti has 15 years of professional experience and 10+ years in P&C Insurance assignments with various clients across US and Australia.

She is an expert in designing solutions & transformation of Insurance Core Systems. She is proficient with Guidewire products, managing application design, development, maintenance, and testing for various clients. She is certified in Guidewire platform and Insurance domain AINS series.

Prior to joining WinLen Technologies Smriti honed her domain-based IT consultant skills with IBM, PWC and EY.

Smriti completed her Bachelor of Engineering from Global Institute of Technology Jaipur in Computer Science.

Govind

Govind is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect with over 12 years of experience in IT and Consulting. He has worked with multiple offshore clients – North Carolina Department of Revenue, Massachusetts Healthcare, Fannie Mae, etc. and has been extensively involved in application design, development, maintenance, testing and post-production support. Govind has been the recipient of multiple client awards. Prior to joining WinLen Technologies as a Technical Architect, he has worked with CGI Technologies and Solutions in multiple capacities – Senior Consultant, Tech Lead, Software Architect, etc.

Govind is currently heading the Neutrinos practice at WinLen Technologies and is also involved in the architecture, design and development of internal products. He also takes technical trainings and mentors junior resources.

Govind has a keen interest in Cloud technologies and tries to stay up to date on new Cloud features and services.

Govind holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from BNM Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University (NYU).

When time permits, he loves to travel, go for a swim, or play tennis.

Akash has over 9 years of experience in software development and consulting and regulatory reporting. He is working as the Director of Innovation and new trends in software and technology, predominantly in Guidewire. Akash has worked at HSBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Goldman Sachs and Infosys in multiple technologies and domains. Akash has handled multiple roles and responsibilities as a developer and architect, and as financial analyst and a Subject Matter Expert in fixed income securities. Akash has a B.E. in Electronics and Communication and a PDGM in Banking and Financial Services. Akash has keen interest in solving puzzles, playing video games and 3D Printing.

Shivaprasad Kadoor

Shiv has 30+ years of experience in IT industry with a strong background in Software Development, IT Outsourcing, Practice Management, Program and Project Management, Pre-Sales, Operations and delivering large-scale system integration projects. Arun Kiranagi

Started professional career 12 years ago as a Gosu/Java stack developer in Guidewire Claim, Billing and Policy Center. Has diverse Guidewire experience as configuration developer, integration developer and conversion developer. Has immense experience working across insurance consulting industry both onshore and offshore.

Performed as a lead Guidewire consultant with two of the big four consulting firms (EY & PWC) before moving onto smaller organization (SpiderLogic), then to a start-up(AFC). Arun has a first hand experience in building an organization from the scratch. Carried out responsibilities as lead, mentor, trainer, coach, manager, HR, admin and director in time and manner.

Worked with different Tiers of Insurance end clients in transformation of their business onto Guidewire platform efficiently and effectively. The project work spread across US and UK insurance clients. Certified in Guidewire platform and Insurance domain AINS series.

Performed client facing & business development roles in US, Canada, Brazil, Argentina & Europe. Performed delivery and portfolio management roles for global top customers in Americas & Europe. Proven track record of success in fulfilling the customers’ transformational needs. Jeevan holds Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science Bangalore and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from VJTI Mumbai.

Sumanth Narayana

Sumanth is a seasoned IT Professional with more than 12 years of experience in P&C Insurance industry. He has rich experience in Insurance Core system transformation ,designing solutions in the Guidewire suite for business requirements and is well versed with Guidewire Products. He is proficient in application design, development, maintenance, and testing.

He has predominantly worked with US insurance clients. He has experience of handling offshore teams for clients. Prior to joining WinLen Technologies as a Director, he has worked with PwC and Cognizant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore.

Arun Nair

Arun is a senior management Professional with 20+ years of experience in financial services and Insurance industry. He is experienced in developing Business and Technical Architecture, Technology strategy and Program Management capabilities for Large-scale Insurance Core Transformation programs. He has extensive experience in conducting executive interviews, documenting Business strategies, developing high-level requirements, creating business cases, creating solution design, and managing Transformation initiatives.
